As we have continues to read Fever 1793, I would like to hear your opinons.  Please tell me your favorite thing so far and what you think will happen.  Please include details to support your opinions.

As we continue reading Fever 1793, I would like you to think of these questions:

1) Mattie's grandfather didn't think there was any need to rush out of Philadelphia when the fever started to spread.  Why did some people think it was safe to stay?  What would you have done?


2) At the end of chapter 8, a man dumped the body of woman off at the side of the road.  Mattie yelled, "Mother!"  Who do you think this woman is and what do you think happened to her?
