About Mrs. Singer
My name is Mrs. Singer and this is my 6th year teaching 6th Grade at Lakewood School. I also am the Girl’s Softball coach and Boy’s Volleyball coach. Here is some information about myself. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2007 with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Mathematics. In August of 201o, I graduated from Marian University with a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology.
Currently I live in Rochester, WI with my husband Brad, who is also a 6th grade teacher in Waterford School district, and our cat Peaches. Although we live in Rochester/Waterford, we tend to spend a lot of time in Waukesha visiting family, friends, and volunteering. Two summers ago I worked at my husband’s Boy Scout Camp as a CPR/First Aid Trainer for the American Red Cross and their Project First Class Director. We are very involved with the Boys Scouts of America and the Order of the Arrow (Scouting's National Honor Society).
Outside of school I am a very busy person. I play softball in the summer, golf, ride my bike, go walking/hiking, watch the Brewers and Packers, take Zumba classes, and also volunteer for BSA Troop 5 in Waukesha.
